(5) 1973 26' Clipper Marine Sailboat Very unique pop up cabin shown in pictures. Boat was very dry inside considering the heavy storms we just had. Berthed at Antioch City Marina, Antioch, California and space can be assumed with first and last month rent of $130 per month. No live aboards, recreational overnights ok. This boat should be useable the day it's picked up. The boats fiberglass is in great shape but needs a good clean job. Upholstery is in excellent shape. Overall this boat is in excellent shape for the year. There is a main with cover, jib and a canvis wrap for the pop up top. There is a second torn jib good only for a pattern. Has a sink with fresh water tank that works, ice box, and porta potty. has two aft berths, forward v berth and the table area. (7) 1976 GP14' Sailboat This sailboat is rare in the united states and is primarily sailed in Europe. The idea behind the design was to build a General Purpose (GP)14 foot sailing dinghy which could be cruised, raced and rowed equally well. It can also be powered effectively by a small outboard motor. This boat is in decent condition. It is completely sailable. The interior of the cockpit area has some minor wear and tear, but no severe damage. The deck also has some wear and tear from the weather, but also no severe damage. This boat comes with the trailor and 2 jibs, 2 spinnakers, and 2 main sails. (8) 1978 Catalina Sailboat What we have is a 22 Catalina pop top with a trailer. This is a boat with a shoal keel. The boat is in real nice condition and needs no work. This is a boat that you can put in the water right now and sail. The sail inventory reads as follows: 1 main , 1- 170% Genoa, 1- 150% Genoa , and 1- storm Jib. All sail were gone over this past year and are in excellent condition. Sheets and halyards are in good condition. All other rigging is near perfect also. Comes with dock lines and bumpers. Battery and charger were bought in the begining of 2005 season. All wood work was re-done in the beginning of the the 2003 season and is in real good condition. The boat has a 15 gallon water holding tank and slide out sink. With the pop top there is a dodger that snaps around pop up. I had the dodger zipper replaced at the end of last season. I had the cord on the boom cover replaced also at the end of last season. All cushions are all in very good condition. This boat can sleep 5. But it sleeps 4 with a little more comfort. There are a few life jackets included with boat. It has a marine radio that is in good working condition . Also has a cd player and new speakers that were installed last year. The boat also comes with a 2hp Mariner Outboard. The trailer is in good condition and needs no work. I belive that it is a shorelander trail. Precision Sail Boat 21' General Description: Boat was damaged by wind during hurricane Katrina. No evidence of submersion found at time of inspection. This sailboat is a day sailor with accommodations for overnight stays. Nice size V-berth with settees’ both port and starboard. This is a keel-centerboard model with lifting rudder. Fiberglass damage is limited to a small gouge on the trailing edge of keel and abrasions to gelcoat along starboard side below rubrail. Mast is broken off at about 12’ from base and top part is missing. Boat is equipped with roller furling but condition is unknown. Main sail and cover are still with boom and appear in fair condition. Two lewmar #6 winches mounted on cabin top. Port side stancions, stern rail and life lines are undamaged. Port side bow rail has slight bend.
